About The Class
This smaller, semi-private class is perfect for beginners, mature practitioners, and the "occasional yogi." It's moderately paced with lots of warm-ups; emphasizing safety, strength, mindfulness, breath, and FUN.
Class size is limited to allow for interaction and feedback from the instructor, so preference is given to those who commit to attending at least once a week. Drop-ins permitted only if space allows.
